"The Walking Dead" Graphic Novel: Part Two Quiz

The group decided to leave their campground behind because it was too dangerous. Plus, it snowed every day and they were freezing. Rick asked Dale to pull over because there was an attractive neighborhood called Wiltshire Estates. The group spent the night in a comfortable house in the community.

The neighborhood seemed too good to be true; it was. It was only after spending one night there did Rick realize the truth. He went to fetch a weapon for Tyreese and saw that the snow had melted off of a sign that read "All dead; do not enter." After hearing a single gunshot, dozens of zombies appeared.

Answer: Postal worker

Tyreese, who was tall and strong, spent two years as a member of the National Football League. After sustaining a horrid injury, he spent time as a bouncer and a car salesman. Rick was being attacked in a house when Tyreese flew at one of the zombies, knocking him off. Rick was impressed at his physical strength.

Answer: Arnold and Lacey

Of the choices, Lacey and Arnold are not a couple. They are brother and sister, and were both killed in the story. Tyreese and Carol were interested in each other immediately. Rick and Lori are married and had been for years. Glenn and Maggie, who were both lonely, grew close quickly.

Tyreese joined the group, along with his daughter Julie and her boyfriend Chris, in the beginning of the story. Hershel invited the group to stay in his farm temporarily. He lived with his daughters Maggie, Lacey, Rachel, and Susie, his sons Arnold and Billy, and his neighbors Otis and Patricia. Allen was introduced in the first story.

Carl was shot by Otis, who thought he was a zombie. He was injured but did not die. Donna was attacked and killed by zombies in Wiltshire Estates, leaving Allen alone to raise the two boys Billy and Ben. Arnold and Lacey were destroyed protecting their father in the barn.

Hershel insisted on taking any zombie he found and placing them in his large barn. He was worried that killing them would be murder. Rick argued that once a human became a zombie, they were dead for good. But Hershel thought that maybe they were simply diseased and could possibly heal. After the zombies killed Lacey and Arnold, Hershel admitted that Rick was right.

Answer: Shawn

Shawn was bitten and died from the bite. Afterward he rose as a zombie. Hershel couldn't bring himself to kill his son, so he shoved him in his barn. He also put his old neighbors and a lost couple in there, denying the danger of his actions. When they group tried to put another zombie in the barn, Shawn escaped and attacked his siblings.

Answer: Otis and Patricia

Otis told Tyreese that he and Patricia once lived in Wiltshire Estates. When the zombies arrived, there was no protection for the people living there. Otis said that they didn't have any National Guard protecting them, like there was in Atlanta. Tyreese had to tell Otis that Atlanta was done for. Otis was disappointed because he wanted to go there in the summer.

Answer: Dale and Andrea

Donna found Dale and Andrea sharing a bed together. At first she hated the thought of the much older Dale with Andrea, but soon realized that they made each other happy. Andrea had just lost her sister, and Dale had lost his wife of forty years. They found consolation in each other's arms.
