1. Who founded the Parapsychic Center? He was a PreCog and married his nurse Molly.

It was Molly who noticed that Henry Darrow's precognitive incident about their marriage registered on the Goosegg, documenting the existence of 'Talent'. They did marry a short time later.

2. Who owned the estate, that became the home of the Parapsychic Center?

Answer: Henner

Henner and Darrow made a bet: If Henner died at precisely the moment Darrow had predicted, the Talents would inherit his fortune and estate. If however he died a moment sooner or later, they would get nothing. Henner lived a long life enjoying his bet, teasing Darrow and 'reluctantly' helping the Talents. He died exactly at the predicted time.

The Talents noted that Dorotea would home in on anyone talented in the room. This allowed them to screen the 'Hopefulls' a lot faster.

Senator Mansfield Zeusman really don't like Talents, to the point where he sometimes declares that it's all a hoax. He does however believe enough in their 'powers' to want op Owen 'shielded' at a meeting, so that he can't 'influence' the participants.
Allthough Zeusman is their main opponent, the Talents save his life by averting an explosion that had been precog'ed.

10. What is the name of the Senator who speak for the Talents?

Answer: Andres

In preventing the explosion, that would have killed Senator Zeusman, an experiment that could have resulted in a cure for Senator Andres was destroyed. As it turned out Senator Andres had a spontaneous remission and was soon well again. Joel Andres' "spontaneous" remission was actually caused by Ruth's microkinetic manipulation...in her sleep no less.(Thanks to Lindav310)
