Ted Danson was Jack. Ted's claim to fame was as ex-ball player Sam Malone on "Cheers." He has also starred in the movies, "Saving Private Ryan", "Made in America", and "Dad". Ted married his second wife, actress Mary Steenburgen on October 7, 1995. Ted is also one of the founding members of AOC (American Oceans Campaign), which is an organization that was created to alert Americans to life-threatening hazards that are created by offshore developments, oil spills, sewage pollution, toxic wastes, and many other abuses to the ocean.

Michael first hid the drugs in Mary's diaper, but after the close call with the detective, he later moved them to underneath the dirty diaper pail.

During the music montage the three guys take baby Mary to the park where they play frisbee and collect phone numbers from various women. This is when the song is played. Peter Cetera, was the lead singer of the group "Chicago."

Sylvia was played by Nancy Travis who was in the sequel "Three Men and a Little Lady", as well as "So I Married An Axe Murderer". Nancy and Ted Danson would later work together again in Danson's television series, "Becker."

Jack explains this to Peter and Michael when he first discovers he has a daughter. He tells them that they did the play "Taming of the Shrew" together and she was the shrew. He also stated it was some of his best work.

When Peter and Michael couldn't get hold of Jack while out at the opera they panicked and ran home.
