Just another example of the great dialogue in this smashing screenplay. Since he knows Mr. Daniel so well, Frank refers to him as John instead of Jack.

Frank's nephew Randy tells the story, and Frank doesn't deny it. Frank had had too much to drink and was conducting a training exercise with some hand grenades, juggling them according to Randy, and one went off, blinding Frank.
