This is the last line of the movie! Ricky Butler speaks this line to the camera and walks away down the street. Ricky always enjoys the little dramas that occur on the street - whether it's Walter's dog messing with Rumsfield's lawn, or the neighbors spying on the Klopeks. Ricky even has his girlfriend come over to watch the neighbors, instead of going to a movie.
