It is set in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California. The town name is Kingdom Come.

2. What is Lucia (Milla Jovovich) doing the first time Dalglish (Wes Bentley) sees her?

Answer: singing

She's onstage performing in the tavern. I don't know if that was Jovovich actually doing the singing, but whoever it was, it certainly was lovely.

Dillon dished out these lashes in front of the entire town. Kingdom Come's residents knew better than to question Dillon's sovereign law.
