I was very happy to win this race for my owner, Mrs. Genter. She died two years later at the age of 94. After my retirement, I went on to sire many great horses in their own right. My son Unbridled's Song, is also a great sire, and my beautiful son Empire Maker, came in second in the Kentucky Derby and won the Belmont Stakes in 2003.
2. I sired a beautiful daughter, who in 1989, was named Champion Two-year-old Filly. Who am I?

Answer: Deputy Minister

My daughter was the brave Go For Wand. She was also named Champion Three-year-old Filly in 1990 even though she died that year. Her sister, Open Mind, was also Champion Two and Three-year-old Filly in 1988 and 1989. I am also the grandsire of Ten Most Wanted, the winner of the 2003 Travers Stakes. I am very proud of all of my children.
