Kelly, born on September 16th, 1927 in Astoria, New York, was cast as Jack O'Shea in this episode. He played the character for a total of two episodes of "Batman". He has also guest starred on the TV series' "Please Don't Eat the Daisies", "McCloud" and "Ironside".
