At the beginning of this episode, the terrorists were loading the nerve gas cannisters into their getaway truck. Two of them were removing the banner off the truck. "Police Department S.W.A.T." was under the Brown & Co banner.

Curtis had a tech agent access the videos from external cameras that had views of gates 6 and 7. They found the "man with the yellow tie" going into hangar double-B. That hangar was not searched because it was outside of the secure perimeter.
