1. Where did Sam make a reservation?

Answer: Pequad

He and Diane had gone to the Pequad and he thought she might be upset if he went with another woman. Diane told him she didn't care.

2. Who did Sam say dumped him?

Answer: Carla

In a previous episode Sam and Carla pretended to be dating so Nick wouldn't think Carla was alone when he got married. Nick asked how it was going and Sam told him that Carla had dumped him and it still hurt.

3. Why did Nick come to Cheers?

Answer: He wanted one of his kids.

Carla and Nick had five children together and Nick wanted one of them. The names of these five children were Anthony, Seraphina, Gino, Ann Marie, and Lucia.

4. Who couldn't have children?

Answer: Loretta

This was the reason Nick wanted one of his five children with Carla; Loretta could not have children. Carla told Nick no at first.
