Hudson, born on December 17th, 1945, in Benton Harbor, Michigan, landed the guest starring character of Bob Casey for this "Las Vegas" show. Bob was the fire inspector who came to the Montecito. In one of Danny's dreams from this episode, he had been warned by Sam that Delinda was in labor delivering a baby. When he rushed down the steps, A.J. was there helping her bring their child into the world. A.J. said the baby was a boy and the baby had Mike's face on an infant body. As the opening credits rolled, Danny was in the security room with Mike where e discussed with him the strange dreams he had. Mike brought up one bizarre dream he had years ago but assured Danny it was just a dream and nothing major. Mitch received a phone call from the front desk clerk, Cynthia, about the fire inspector being there to see Danny.

He notified Danny about the fire inspector being there to see him.

Mike was with Sam and Delinda when he came upon a woman by the name of Keira Walker. Mike mentioned to both the ladies that Keira was a single mother. He then brought up that Keira hailed from Wichita, which is a major city in the Midwestern state of Kansas.

A.J. spoke with a guest who looked horribly dressed as a cowboy so he advised him he could not walk around looking that way. Sam was nearby so A.J. asked her to go up to the gentleman's room to fetch his tennis shoes. He also asked Sam to get a number of other things for the guest and she obliged.

Mike was seen breaking up a fight between two bar patrons and Danny intervened to ask what happened. Mike said a guy named Mr. Kennedy threw the first punch so Danny offered the other person a complimentary suite while he ordered Mike to have Mr. Kennedy tossed. Mike mentioned that Mr. Kennedy was his uncle.

There was one scene where Sam and Delinda were in a back portion of the Montecito when Sam whined about A.J. She told Delinda how much she hated the fact that A.J. made her babysit some redneck from Texas while three major whales gambled on the casino floor who she could attend to the entire time. Delinda listened to her rant as one nearby gentleman started to act suspiciously.

In the middle of the show, Mike spoke with a guest at the Montecito who he felt deserved some additional comforts during her stay at the Montecito. He offered to give her one of his famous foot massages. Without hesitating, the guest declared she would not get anything from him, especially a foot massage.
