Scalia, born on November 10th, 1950 in Brooklyn, New York landed the role of Chris Stamp in June of 2001 when Erica discovered him at Enchantment. Scalia was in the role for almost two years. Scalia has also guest starred on the TV series', "Fired Up", "Touched by an Angel" and "Remington Steele".

Chris Stamp was originally thought to have been a janitor but he eventually revealed that he was actually an undercover FBI agent who was searching for a drug lord named Proteus. Chris met up with Anna Devane, who had previously worked as a cop for the Port Charles Police Department (Anna previously starred on "General Hospital" from 1985 to 1992).

He promised her that he would get her the Chief of Police job if she helped him nab Proteus. Anna accepted his proposition.
