 Susanna Luchenko is the one who was approached by Delenn, Londo and G'Kar about joining the Interstellar Alliance.
2. Sheridan's first wife.

Answer: Lochley

 He married Elizabeth Lochley when they were young and only stayed married for 3 months. Lochley had been on the 'other' side of the war against Clark, but she said that everyone was on the side of Earth during Clark's regime.
3. Woman who was betrothed to Vir.

Answer: Lyndisty

 She wanted to kill a Narn to show Vir how much she loved him. It turned out that her father had been responsible for the slaughter of thousands - with Lyndisty's help.
