Jim Fenner and other male POs went to Amsterdam for a weekend. They found Shell in a strip club, where she worked under the name of Naughty Nikki.

2. Episode 2: Whose hair did Denny set alight with a lighter?

Answer: Snowball's

Denny wanted revenge because Snowball's bomb killed Shaz. Shell smothered a flammable hair product on Snowball's hair, and Denny took a lighter to it. Surprisingly, Yvonne came in and saved Snowball, by flushing her head in the toilet to extinguish the flames.
