We find out that Shawn is the killer; ironically Shawn is the one who unmasks his other self.

Jack and Shawn get chicken pox and Topanga takes care of them. Topanga takes care of them because she wants to make sure Shawn and her are still friends even though she broke up with Cory. Cory is not shown as himself but one short scene in this episode.
