Answer: Gumby

"Gumby" first appeared on "Howdy Doody" in 1955. By 1957, he had his own tv series. He and all his friends (Pokey, Prickle, and many others) were modeled by Art Clokey. He was also the voice of Pokey the horse.
2. Seven words and you should know which cartoon I like: "Here I come to save the day" is whose theme?

Answer: Mighty Mouse

"Mighty Mouse Playhouse" aired from 1955-1967. Tom Morrison voiced mighty Mouse. The other two prominent voice actors on the show were Arthur Kay (Gandhi Goode) and Carol Lawrence (Pearl Pureheart). In the early days of "Saturday Night Live," Andy Kaufman puts on a record with the theme, and then when the words come on, he lip-syncs them.
3. What tree pecking bird had his own cartoon?

Pixie and Dixie are mice. Pixie wore a bow tie, and Dixie wore a vest. They are constantly outsmarting Mr. Jinks. Mr. Jinks' catchphrase was, "I hate those meeces to pieces!" They were patterned after another Hanna-Barbara cartoon - "Tom and Jerry."

Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale were Russian-like spies who worked for a Naziesque leader named Fearless Leader. Bullwinkle and Rocky have the middle initial J after their creator Jay Ward.

Quick Draw was a sheriff in the Old West, and his sidekick was a burro named Baba Looey. Baba Looey was the smarter of the two. Daws Butler voiced Quick Draw and Baba Looey.
