During the "Next Generation" episode "Justice", Captain Picard refers to Wesley Crusher as his "son". Gene Roddenberry's original story for Captain Picard, Dr. Crusher, and Wesley Crusher was that Wesley was the love child of the captain and the doctor. After Roddenberry died, the story was dropped.

One of the men that dies in "Tru Calling's" "Past Tense" is played by Leonard Roberts, who previously played Forrest on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and appeared in episodes "This Year's Girl" and "Who Am I?" with Eliza Dushku.

"Borrowed Time" is from the second season of "Dark Angel". The show only ran two seasons from 2000-2002.
