David was still skeptical, so Sawyer left, but he was actually baiting him. David fell for it and called Sawyer back to the table.

This was the letter Sawyer claimed had been written to him, but he had actually written it himself when he was just a boy. Sayid then put his knife next to Sawyer's right eye and said he was losing the eye to loosen his tongue. Sawyer finally relented, but he would only tell Kate. Kate still had to kiss him for Sawyer to tell, and after all that, Sawyer said that he never had the medicine. Who will ever figure this guy out?

Shannon was having a very hard time breathing, and Jack told her she was panicking because she didn't have her medicine. He told her to breathe in through her nose, and this actually worked for the time being. Hurley was very impressed and said it was like "a Jedi moment". Jack was very angry that Sawyer wouldn't give him Shannon's inhalers the first time he asked.
