Some of the main characters in "Soul Eater" such as Soul, Liz, Patty, and Tsubaki can turn into weapons. Characters like Maka can see other peoples souls and feel the presence of another soul.

Medusa is the snake witch and has said that Crona was her child though she is not a very good mother.

Medusa as said in a previous question Medusa ids the witch of snakes, she even has snakes in her body. Medusa has a very repetitive attack in several episodes where she sends razor-sharp arrows to kill her opponents. These arrows are very fast.

Asura killed Arachne and ate her soul to gain more power and strength.

Answer: A fist to the face

A female character had killed Asura by fighting unconscious and landing the finale blow which was a fist to the face.

Maka had fought unconscious against Asura and in the end gave the punch to the face thus ending her existence.
