Answer: Chandler

Chandler said this in "TOW 2 Parts, Part 2". Marcel, the monkey, had to be rushed to the hospital after swallowing Scrabble tiles 'K', 'M' and 'O'.

2. "That'll teach you to lick my muffin."

Monica said this to Chandler in "TOW The Chicken Pox" in the very beginning of the episode after they fought over said muffin. Chandler licked the muffin so Monica couldn't eat it.

Phoebe said this in "TOW Phoebe's Ex-Partner". She and the ex-partner, Leslie, had been childhood friends. Their mothers worked on a barge together.
