1. What is the name of the ratings expert who is hired in, "When Something Wicked This Way Comes"?

Answer: Sam Donovan

Sam is hired by Issac to try to help the show achieve hiring ratings so that everyone can keep their jobs. William H. Macey, who is famous for movies such as "Pleasantville", "Fargo" and "Magnolia" played the role of Sam.
2. Dana devises a strange dating plan for her and Casey, what does it involve?

Answer: Casey has to date other women for six months, before he can date her

In episode, "When Something Wicked This Way Comes", Dana decides that Casey needs more experience with women. She figures he needs to get dating other people out of his system, so that the two of them can have a real shot at staying together.
3. Which character end up in therapy during the course of the season?

Answer: Dan

Dan meets a woman in a bar who gives him her card. It turns out that she's a therapist and he's not sure whether she wanted to date him or book a session. He goes to her office and he ends up realizing that he really does need therapy sessions.
4. What is the name of the first girl who Casey dates, in accordance with Dana's plan?

Answer: Pixley

He goes out with Pixley, but end up telling her that he's only there because of Dana's plan. She walks out on their date. Later, he meets her again and they make another date. It signals the beginning of the end for Dana and Casey.
5. In "The Sweet Smell of Air", why does "Sports Night" decide not to book Michael Jordan for an interview?

Answer: He only wanted to discuss his cologne

Michael Jordan contacted "Sports Night" about doing an interview, but when Issac realized that Michael would only be talking about cologne he decided against booking the interview. One of the interview conditions was that Michael's people get editorial approval, and Issac and Dana knew that they were only asking because "Sports Night" had lower ratings and might be desperate enough.

They turned him down out of principle.
6. On Draft Day, "Sports Night" got the opportunity to broadcast the second round because it rained in which city?

Answer: Indian Wells

They were only supposed to broadcast the first round, but they ended up broadcasting the second round because of rain in Indian Wells. Dana was excited because she loved draft day. Dan was upset because he had a golf game scheduled and Jeremey was upset becuase it meant that Natalie would still be there when his new girlfriend dropped by the office.
7. In "Celebrities", what is the occuptation of the girl Jeremy meets at the bar and becomes interested in?

Answer: Porn Star

Jeremy meets a girl named Jenny at Anthony's and talks to her for awhile. He later realizes that the reason she looks so familiar is because he has seen her in porn films before. When he starts dating her, he tells everyone at the office that she's a choreo-animator because it's the first thing that pops into his head (he overheard someone say it in an elevator). Everyone assumes that it means that she choreographs dances for cartoons, but no one really knows for sure.
8. In "Bells and a Siren", who does Natalie have a job interview with?

Answer: Saturday Night Live

Natalie's job is in jeopardy due to possible budget cuts so she goes on an interview with "Saturday Night Live". They love her and offer her a 25% salary raise if she'll take the job, but she can't bring herself to leave "Sports Night".
9. What is the name of Dan's former girlfriend who sends him flowers out of the blue and then shows up in the final episode?

Answer: Rebecca

Rebecca Wells was a girl who Dan dated in the first season, and was really hung up on. It turned out she was still married and she went back to her husband. She shows up on the series finale, and says that she's divorced now and wants to see him again. He takes her number, but he ends up ripping it up.
10. In the final episode, "Quo Vadimus", does the company who buys Continental Corp want to keep "Sports Night"?

Answer: Yes

Dana meets a stranger in a bar in "La Forza Del Destino", who seems to know a lot about the sale of Continental Corp. It is revealed that he owns the company Quo Vadimus that eventually buys the network. He tells Dana that he doesn't want to disable the cable interests, and that he's keeping "Sports Night" on the air.
