Susan initially objected to having her picture taken, because she believed that she didn't photograph well. However, Oliver took an excellent shot, which Ian decided to use for the billboard. Susan didn't take any of her clothes off for the picture, but the billboard was still steamy by all accounts.

At first, Susan didn't like the extra attention, but she quickly became very self-centered due to her new notoriety; she ultimately crashed her car while trying to get Vicki to look at the billboard.
