Even though the Acid Fog claims its first victim on Earth, the first threat is the Water Snake. This happens in the pilot episode when Octavia chooses to go for a swim.

Just by the end of S1E5, we see Lincoln look over Octavia as she wakes up from her fall. The first time he speaks is by the end of S1E7 when he says: "Thank you", towards Octavia, however, we do not get his name until S1E8.

Anya is the leader of Trikru, the first faction of the Grounders that the 100 meets.

Surprise! Jasper actually survives from being impaled by a spear, and the first main character death is Wells, who gets stabbed by Charlotte after Bellamy tells her to "slay her demons".

Raven Reyes arrives after Abigail sends her to the ground to make sure that it is habitable. She crash lands and faints.

This episode is good at showing how Jasper is suffering slightly from PTSD from when he got hit with a spear and adopted. When he sees Grounders in the trees, he panics and starts shooting wildly, killing two grounders. He makes the whole thing sound a bit tougher when he uses it as a pickup line in the later episodes.

The room is locked in the room across the hall from where Monty is locked up. Next to his door there is a sign that says "Mount Weather Quarantine Ward."
