Most original series "Star Trek" episodes open with Captain Kirk making an entry into the Captain's log. "The Enterprise Incident" episode is one of the few that is an exception to the norm as we hear Dr. McCoy recording an entry into the Chief Medical Officer's log expressing concern regarding the Captain's behavior.

Answer: Klingon

After entering Romulan space, the Enterprise crew is initially shocked when they encounter a Klingon vessel. It is Mr. Spock who points out that the Romulans have adopted the Klingon design for their space ships.
