When Willow found Buffy at the hospital, her magical energy disrupted the electrical equipment. This made it seem as though Buffy was flat lining. Willow magicked the bullet from her body, healing her in the process. Willow's energy made lights burst all over that episode. She seemed to suck electrical energy from every room she entered, for awhile.

The Trio tried all kinds of things to get rid of Buffy, without any success. Warren was considered the boss of the group and Jonathan was kind of left out. We know Warren was sort of the boss because he decided most of the plans, and he's the one who went to shoot Buffy. While Andrew stayed faithful to Warren until his death, Jonathan realized Warren was against him.
