Hence the episode title "I [Really] Miss Cory and Trevor". In the episode, Sarah explained during her monologue that Cory and Trevor are in a mental institution and do not ever want to see Ricky again. Ricky missed them because he had to do his dirty work himself.

The fact that the actors who portray Cory and Trevor, Cory Bowles and Michael Jackson, were still listed in the main credits leads me to hope that they will be back later in the season. Fingers crossed! Another main character who was not featured in this episode was Randy, though Mr. Lahey did mention him.

At the beginning of the episode, Ricky and Julian were shown walking into a supermarket with empty gift boxes, and then loading the boxes up with meat. They later took the stolen meat to the liquor store parking lot and tried to sell it. Ricky is *growing* a lot of dope, but mentioned that he is having trouble selling it for $12 a gram, because there is someone at the mall selling it for $6 a gram.

Mrs. Anderson recognized Julian and Bubbles while they were sitting in Ricky's car in the liquor store parking lot. She saw them smoking pot and told them that "it's never too late to change the path you're on".

He was reinstated at the end of the last season. In this episode, he was shown in uniform a couple of times, but apparently the only assignment he is getting at the station is to go on coffee runs to "the Hortons".

Julian was still driving the Monte Carlo that he stole from Terry and Dennis in a previous episode. Jacob asked him if it was a 1986, and Julian corrected him and said it was a 1987.

As part of the meat stealing scheme, Bubbles had to enter a grocery store freezer, where he was supposed to wait until the store closed. However, Ricky screwed up and thought the store was closing at 6, when in fact it was open until 9. By the time Julian and Ricky rescued him, poor Bubbles was almost frozen solid.

At the end of the episode, Ricky was holding a set of flashcards and then held up the one marked "Rr - Raccoon", with a picture of a raccoon and had a name for the animal, which he earlier said was kind of like a cat. Of course, he didn't actually call it a raccoon - he said "ray-con".
