Kuretta and Lutz live together in Sasha village which is comprised of refugees from the Great Disaster. Kulara runs an orphanage in Gislem. Sharon is first met in Forestamore; she works for the Academy, a group of people who want to restore the world with the power of science. Enea is Alba's companion. Alba is the arrogant hunter you meet and compete with in Forestamore among other places.

Answer: Paralyze Ooze

The Paralyze Ooze is related to the Slime and is more difficult because of his ability to paralyze party members. The Paralyze Ooze is encountered first in the Secret Path that connects North Sularto to South Sularto. Opossum is the first enemy you fight in the game on the bridge to Itio.

Answer: Poco

Poco the musician can be found in the pub in Itio. Later you accept a job traveling to Forestamore in order to get Poco's correct luggage to him (the luggage he took by mistake contained a monster egg). Yoshua and Andel are both dead at the end of the second "Arc the Lad". Sania is met later in Jiharta in the city of Paysus.

Answer: Force Ring

Force Ring does some damage and has a fifty percent chance of confusing the enemy. Impulse Bomb, later learned by Alec, does more damage but does not confuse the enemy. Heat Shell is a flame spell used by Marsia and some enemies. Knife Rain is the first attack spell learned by Lutz.

The first guild job is taken in Itio, and it pays nothing because it is a test to see if Alec is worthy of becoming a hunter. You must go to a cave and retrieve part of the Ghost Dream Crystal. If this is completed successfully, Alec may accept paying jobs at the Guild.

Answer: Monster Society

The Monster Society is comprised of people who enjoy collecting monster cards. Theo, who joins your party in Renn, is a Cardist and can turn monsters into cards. There is no Armor Society as the Weapon Society studies both weapons and armor. Both the Weapon Society and Item Society can first be found in Society Village in North Sularto.

Answer: Spear

The spear can hit one or two spaces in front of the character, making it useful to prevent counterattacks. The same is true of knives, which are used by Lutz. Cheryl uses guns, while Alec and Velhart use swords. Marsia, a spellcaster, prefers rods.

Answer: Much of the town is flooded

The town was partially reconstructed on the rooftops of the former buildings because of the risen water level. The water is very nice for the commercial development of the town. One of the guild jobs in Renn involves Alec counting supplies for a shipment.

Answer: Gislem

Gislem was hit hard by the Great Disaster. The town was destroyed and so were the wills of the people to rebuild. It's everyone for himself on the streets of Gislem, making Cheryl difficult to befriend there. Vernica is back in Forestamore, Testa is a desert town in South Sularto, and Rusaht contains the Spell Institute where Marsia joins you in Jiharta.

Answer: Shimmer Stone

Many weapons and items can be synthesized at their respective societies. Many syntheses require multiple items for success. For example, a Ray Sword requires a Light Fragment, Platinum Sword, and a Hybrid Mag Apple. A Card Trident requires a Platinum Sarissa, Rue's Medicine (a cure for paralysis) and a Harmony Needle (a cure for silence). Needless to say, unless the synthesis formulas are known in advance, they can be difficult to guess.
