Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Nurse's power is generally and has historically been viewed as the best out of all Killers. Her power is the ability to 'blink', known officially as "Spencer's Last Breath". Which of the following best describes what a 'blink' is?

Answer: Teleporting, through walls, ceilings and other obstacles

Blinking is an immensely strong power. It deprives Survivors of their typical means of defense against Killers, as The Nurse can use blinking to completely ignore Pallets, walls and other obstacles. Because her blinking is relatively fast, this means the only thing Survivors can do to escape is break line of sight and hope The Nurse doesn't correctly predict where they go. If she does, they're done for.
2. The Nurse, courtesy of her background, makes use of a grisly melee weapon to damage Survivors with. What is it?

Answer: Bonesaw

The bonesaw is just as deadly as it looks. It doesn't do anything special other melee weapons wouldn't or couldn't do, but it still looks the part of a horror game for sure.
3. Every Killer in the game has access to three teachable perks that, when acquired, can be learned by other Killers. The Nurse's teachable level 30 perk lets whoever is using it more easily use audio cues to locate Survivors. What is it?

Answer: Stridor

Stridor has historically also been a staple perk for The Spirit. In general, it's not a bad perk to run, as it increases the sound Survivors make when breathing by twofold.
4. The Nurse's level 35 perk slows down Survivors' action speed progressively the more of them are injured. What is it?

Answer: Thanatophobia

Thanatophobia is a good general perk that has been a popular pick mainly for The Legion and The Plague. Apart from them, though, it is still a good general perk to run, especially for Killers who can make healing difficult or exploitable.
5. The third and final teachable perk for The Nurse is easily her most infamous and popular. This perk enables Killers to see the auras of Survivors who are healing and/or being healed within a short distance. What is it?

Answer: A Nurse's Calling

A Nurse's Calling pairs wonderfully with the Sloppy Butcher perk, which also make for a nice combo with her Thanatophobia perk for most Killers. Apart from The Plague, there really aren't any Killers who wouldn't benefit from the perk pretty decently. In particular, it is a staple perk for Killers such as The Legion, Ghost Face and Huntress.
6. Although uncommon to actually see happen, The Nurse shares one weakness in common with The Wraith. What item that Survivors have access to could expose her Lightburn weakness?

Answer: Flashlights

When shone upon The Nurse, she will be unable to charge blinks. If she is holding a blink, flashlights will force her to drop it and enter a state of fatigue. That said, good luck actually exploiting this weakness and doing so in a genuinely optimal way.
7. The Nurse, unlike other Killers, is hindered by having incredibly poor movement speed. Many Killers have 115% movement speed compared to Survivors, which places them at 4.0 m/s. Assuming no add-ons or perks are amplifying The Nurse's speed, is her base movement faster than Survivors?

Answer: No

The Nurse moves at 3.8 m/s. She would need Bloodlust tier 3 just to actually outspeed them. Thankfully, her power makes this weakness mostly irrelevant as she can teleport through obstacles much faster than she can move.
8. The Nurse has two Iridescent add-ons. One of them raises her base movement speed considerably in exchange for limiting the effectiveness of her Blinking power. What add-on is this?

Answer: Matchbox

The Matchbox makes it so that Nurse would now indeed move faster than Survivors. In exchange, the removal of one of her Blinks is a terrible trade, and this add-on is quite poor as a result.
9. The Nurse's other add-on grants her Blinking power a little more potency, but does make charging her Blinks after use more cumbersome. What is it?

Answer: Torn Bookmark

Here, The Nurse receives an extra Blink to add onto the two she normally receives. In exchange, she now charges her Blinks after use half as fast. However, this is overall a net gain; The Nurse becomes more adept at baiting out Dead Hards and can get around the map more quickly.

In particular, the drawback of charging Blinks more slowly isn't felt at all if The Nurse downs someone, as the time it takes for her to pick them up and hook them will make it so that her Blinks are ready to go completely when she needs them.
10. Uniquely, one of the in-game achievements associated with The Nurse mandates the use of one of her Iridescent add-ons. What must the player do in order to receive the "From the Void She Kills" achievement?

Answer: Grab a Survivor

In order to receive this achievement, the player must use three blinks and then interrupt a Survivor, normally done grabbing them off of a generator. This is only possible with the Torn Bookmark add-on. Because the Nurse is anything but quiet while Blinking and gives Survivors plenty of time to simply get off a generator and not get grabbed, this achievement is extremely difficult. For PlayStation players, this achievement is indeed mandatory to eventually unlock the Platinum trophy for the game.
