'Ain't That a Kick in the Head' is at the beginning of the game where you create your character. 'Back in the Saddle' is a tutorial for shooting. 'By a Campfire on the Trail' is an optional tutorial for your Survival skill.

'G.I' Blues' is a quest that has you investigate suspicious activity in the poor town of Freeside. Freeside is right next to New Vegas.

Answer: Kill Benny, the person who attempted to murder you

You have an option to kill Benny in the quest "Ring-a-Ding-Ding!". You can also decide to let him live and take over New Vegas with him.

'That Lucky Old Sun' is given by the NCR at HELIOS One. HELIOS One is just outside the town of Novac.

The Sunset Sarsaparilla HQ is an abandoned building but it does have robot worker there named Festus. He is the one to give you the quest.

'Nuka-Cola Challenge' is quest in "Fallout 3". 'The White Wash' is given at NCR's Camp McCarran while 'Wheel of Fortune' and 'We Will All Go Together' are both given at the irradiated Camp Searchlight.
