Answer: Callahan's .44

It isn't even close close, Callahan's .44 does so much base damage while Lincoln's Repeater only does 50. The Gauss rifle uses Microfusion Cells and the Scoped .44 Magnum only does base damage of 35. But to get it you have to blow up The Citadel.

2. Which perk do you need to get Plunkett's Valid Points?

Answer: Lawbringer

If you have the Lawbringer perk, Junders Plunkett can be found near the Luck Bobblehead at Arlington Cemetery. His weapon, the Valid Points, has the second lowest V.A.T.S. requirement next to the Steel Knuckles.

You could have heard about Argyle owning the Bobblehead from the GNR broadcast but when the raiders destroyed Rockopolis Argyle was killed and his Bobblehead was left next to him. You are also required to find his body in the unmarked quest "The Manhandled Manservant".

The Firelance is the only weapon that can only be obtained through random encounter. However, it is one of the most powerful weapons in the game.

Answer: 5mm

The 5mm round only has a value of 1 while the highest bullet value is 15 shared between sniper rifle .308 rounds and the .44 Magnum rounds. Scrap Metal is valued at 20 each.

The Chinese Stealth Suit was new to the "Anchorage" DLC but the Chinese Jumpsuit could be found in a few places such as Mama Dolce's and Potomac Attire. It can also be found in a random encounter of a Chinese broadcast.

Surprisingly enough the common assault rifle had no unique forms until "The Pitt" DLC came out. The hunting rifle had Ol' Painless and Lincoln's Repeater, The Chinese pistol had Zhu-Rong v418 Chinese Pistol, and the Sawed-Off Shotgun had the Kneecapper. Even the Chinese Assault Rifle had a unique form.

In Underworld you can get a unique version of Lying, Congressional Style for free from the general store owner Tulip. This book does the same thing that a normal copy does and if dropped looks the same.
