When the traders where sick of being attacked by raiders, they decided to build houses, after finding an old airport. They stripped the planes of their parts and built houses and the walls of Megaton.

2. The Church of the Children of Atom hate the Atomic bomb in Megaton's town centre.

Answer: False

The Church of the Children of Atom worship the bomb, and think of each atom it split open, as a universe it bound together with ours, creating new life. AKA... mutation. Most other people think their crazy, and mock them.

3. How did the war in 2077 start?

Answer: Food and supply shortages

The world was running out of food and supplies, so China fired bombs at America, in an attempt to shorten the population, so there would be enough food. Then, America fired back. And other countries fired bombs and more and more bombs were dropped. Every one died or was mutated. Except the Vault Dwellers, who were people who payed for a spot in an underground vault before the war started.

4. Which of these weapons does the most damage?

Answer: Sledgehammer

At full life, the Sledgehammer does 15 (with a starting melee skill of 17), the Baseball Bat does 7, the 10mm pistol does 12 and the knife does 5. If your skill is high, you will do more damage, but this is as soon as you start the game.

5. How many types of Super Mutants are there without any expansions?

Answer: Four

There are Super Mutants, Brutes, Masters and Behemoths. With the "Broken Steel" expansion it unlocks Overlords, before Behemoths and after Masters.

6. Which of these cities is a slaver camp?

Answer: Paradise Falls

Paradise Falls is a small town which slavers have taken over and enslaved all the people there. you can join the slavers, or free the slaves. If you join you must round up slaves. To free them you have to kill the slavers.

7. How many types of ghouls are there without the expansions?

Answer: Four

There are Ghouls, Feral Ghouls, Feral Ghoul Roamers and Glowing ones. With the "Broken Steel" expansion, it unlocks Reavers, which is between Roamers and Glowing Ones.

8. What is the name of the mutated crab humanoid?

Answer: Mirelurk

Mirelurks are crab humanoids, and are very aggressive. They have a triangular-shaped body, two large claws, a blue shell covering their entire body except their face, and can launch a supersonic shockwave at you from a distance.

9. What is the system called that lets you choose attributes at the start of the game?

Answer: S.P.E.C.I.A.L

S.P.E.C.I.A.L stands for Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and Luck. You approach a book titled "You're Special!" as a baby and assign your points.

10. Who is the doctor that helps you at the end of the game along with your father?

Answer: Madison Li

Madison Li is an old work partner and friend of your Dad's. She helps you at the end to restart the purifier and get Project Purity up and running again.
