Mateus became filled with greed, and decided to challenge the gods after being appointed ruler of the underworld. His passive ability allows him to negate the reflect ability on any enemy.

2. Which is the only Esper whose constellation is not one of the zodiac twelve?

Answer: Zodiark

Zodiark is the strongest Esper in the game. Its constellation of Ophiuchus/Serpentarius isn't part of the Zodiac twelve, but the sun does pass through it every year.

3. Which Esper is known as 'the Darkening Cloud'?

Answer: Famfrit

Famfrit was sealed in armour by the gods after they defeated him. His form is cloud-like, hence being called 'the Darkening Cloud'.

Gaia's Wrath is an Earth based attack that hits the enemy with the highest current HP. Hashmal was entrusted by the gods with bringing the world to order.

Exodus is the oldest of the Espers, and was given the task of passing judgment on anything in the world that required it. He was imprisoned by the gods for joining the Espers rebellion against them.

This is easily done by equipping the Nihopalaoa accessory, and using a Gold Needle against the summoner. Zodiark was the only Esper that didn't participate in the rebellion against the gods. Yet despite this, they kept him as a child as they feared his great power.

10. Which is the only Esper whose gambit allows them to use their final attack based on theirs and their summoners HP level?

Answer: Ultima

Both Ultima and her summoners HP must be below 30% for the Eschaton attack to activate. It has attack strength of 250 and is of the Holy element.
