The aim of the Altrumm Ruins challenge mission is to collect as much Amber as you can in ten minutes. Upon completion of the mission, you will be rewarded with gold, experience and Kurzick faction, depending on how much Amber you collected.

Answer: Three

The Arborstone mission is the first Kurzick mission players will head through, along with Boreas Seabed on the Luxon side. If you decide to head through the game via the Kurzick side, you will find yourself playing through The Eternal Grove mission. The Unwaking Waters mission is similar to the Vizunah Square mission, in that there are two entry locations, allowing for a 16-player party.

The Kurzick entry point marks the third cooperative mission location.

Answer: Ritualist

Wardens of the Summer are Ritualists, who provide healing for their fellow Wardens. Wardens of the Spring and Wardens of Seasons are also Ritualists, and it is not uncommon to find a group containing at least two of these.

Answer: House Anjeka

There are five Great Houses of the Kurzicks - Houses Zu Heltzer, Durheim, Vasburg, Lutgardis and Brauer. Each of these houses is aligned with one of the Five Gods. House zu Heltzer are aligned with Dwayna, and are the political leaders of the Kurzicks, hence why they own the capital city. Balthazar is worshipped by those in House Vasburg, and are fine warriors, which explains why the best Kurzick armour can be crafted at Vasburg Armory.

The scholars of the Kurzicks reside within House Durheim, and the Durheim Archives, with Grenth as their patron deity.

The Brauer Academy is where the artists of the Kurzicks hail from, overseen by the god Lyssa. House Lutgardis is devoted to music, and many great musicians are from the Lutgardis Conservatory, where they worship Melandru.

Answer: Four

Ferndale is unique, in that it is not connected to any explorable areas. Instead, four separate staging areas can be accessed. Leaving from House zu Heltzer, you can visit the Kurzick side of Aspenwood Gate to the north-east for access to the Fort Aspenwood competitive mission, the Lutgardis Conservatory to the south-east if you have business in Melandru's Hope, or Saint Anjeka's Shrine to the south-west for access to Drazach Thicket, which is popular for gaining Kurzick faction through vanquishing.

Answer: Tanglewood Copse

According to the in-game description, the first emperor of Cantha stopped at Tanglewood Copse to camp for the night during his visit to the Echovald Forest. Since then, pilgrims have frequented this site as a place of ancestral worship. To humble players, it serves as a pit-stop to sell up and stock up before heading onwards, deeper into the Forest.

Answer: Twelve

The aim of the mission is to protect the Forever Trees of the Echovald Forest by making sure the Tree Singers stay alive. Raiding Luxons will approach from three directions, occasionally with a Siege Turtle that will target Tree Singers. Once the waves of Luxons are defeated, they will become allied with the Kurzicks when the Afflicted threat arrives.

The mission is complete when the two Afflicted bosses and their associated groups have been defeated. This mission is the Kurzick counterpart of the Luxon Gyala Hatchery mission.

Answer: Mourning Veil Falls

As well as being the southernmost explorable area in the Echovald Forest, it is also the southernmost accessible area on the Canthan continent. This area has the most Elite Skill captures in the campaign, along with Silent Surf in the Jade Sea. Upon exploration of the area, you will find the Mourning Veil Falls itself, and be able to interact with it.

Its only purpose is to harden a Moa Egg as part of the process of hatching a Black Moa Chick.

Answer: Stone Splinter

Stone Guardians are found in the Arborstone mission and its associated explorable area, and Morostav Trail. From a distance, Stone Guardians do not appear at all, but rather are intricately designed stone columns. However, once someone ventures close enough, the stone crumbles to reveal a vicious creature. Stone Crushers are hammer-wielding Warriors; Stone Reapers are Necromancers specialising in Curses; Stone Rains are powerful Elementalists that use Shockwave, which can be devastating to unprepared melee characters; and Stone Souls are Monk hybrids, using skills from the Protection and Smiting Prayers attributes.

Answer: Mhenlo

After completing the Sunjiang District mission, you are offered the choice of which faction to gain the allegiance of. Choosing the Kurzicks will result in Brother Mhenlo popping up throughout the Echovald Forest to assist in the Arborstone mission, as well as the quest that takes players to the Unwaking Waters mission. Master Togo accompanies players taking the Luxon route.
