Hybrids wield the "Bullseye" weapon and can be killed fairly easily. They are somewhat suicidal.

A useful tactic for this skill point is to complete it after you have finished the game when "Backlash" grenades are available. This makes the enemies easier to kill and they are damaged by their own weapons.
