Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "You Don't Know Jack" is hosted by which of the following Jackbox figures?

Answer: Cookie Masterson

Cookie Masterson may not be the first host of "You Don't Know Jack" (since the series has been going on since the 1990s) but he has, since the start of the game, become one of the most prominent, showing up on most titles after the "Jackbox Party Packs" started releasing. Since this game is a virtual quiz show, it makes sense to have a virtual quiz host; Cookie supplies much of the needed witty banter to keep the questions coming. Cookie is voiced by Tom Gottlieb.

His brother, Nate Shapiro, played the series' first host, Nate Shapiro.
2. "You Don't Know Jack" comes complete with how many quiz show-style episodes in this "Party Pack"?

Answer: Fifty

Made for one to four players, each episode of this "You Don't Know Jack" pack comes equipped with ten general questions, each of which could be on generally anything. The final round is a rapid-fire quick-finger challenge. All four players can operate from the same keyboard or, normally, play from their mobile devices to punch in the quickest answers.

The fastest correct answers get points; wrong answers deduct points.
3. What "You Don't Know Jack" game mechanic has the power to force another player to answer quicker than the others?

Answer: The Screw

One of many quirky aspects of the game, the Screw comes into play if you're competing against others in the multiplayer version of the game. With it, you can force one of your competitors to answer a question-- read completely or not-- within five seconds.

This could mean crippling their chances at accumulating a high enough score to win if played correctly. Every participant receives a Screw, but only one can be used per question, so it comes down to strategy.
4. "Drawful", at a minimum, requires how many players?

Answer: Three

"Drawful" is the drawing party game of this pack, requiring that all participants use their devices to create pictures that are included in the game. Because of this, and unlike other games in the back which require trivia knowledge, for instance, there must be at least three participants to join in the guessing game.

While one person draws based on a provided prompt, the other players need to submit a guess for what they think has been drawn. Those guesses all get posted, and everyone chooses which they think is the correct prompt. You get points for accuracy, but also for convincing people that your answer is the right one (if it's wrong).
5. In "Drawful", the winner is the player who creates the picture that matches the prompt the best.

Answer: False

While this can have bearing because correct photos receive points for their creators (if they're chosen by the players), there's a lot to be said for earning points off of viable incorrect answers, so a non-drawer can take advantage of other peoples' vague images to trick their fellow guessers when that part of the round comes along.

The amount of rounds and opportunities to guess is reliant on the amount of players in the game. Technically, with more people picking the wrong guesses, the higher the chance the drawers of reasonable images that get correct guesses get less points.
6. In "Word Spud", player turns are taken at random.

Answer: True

Of all the games in this pack, "Word Spud" probably requires the least commitment. Played with only a few people (or many more), the goal is to simply start with a word and then add a compound word or phrase to the end of it. That compounded element is passed to the next person to keep building on and so on and so forth. With each addition, the new compound creation is subject to a vote from all of the other players.

The winner, at the end of the round, is the person with the most positive reaction to their word choices.
7. Participants in "Lie Swatter" must choose which of these for each question?

Answer: True or False

This game consists of three rounds, each of which contains a series of 'true or false' questions with an attached theme. The goal is to answer 'true' or 'false' the fastest (and correctly, of course) with the speediest competitors receiving more points.

The further along in the game you get, the more points the questions are worth from round to round. Of course, the game is stylized a bit-- all of the questions are presented on flies and, yes, you aim to swat the lies.
8. The final round of "Lie Swatter" is always which of these?

Answer: A single category

While the first two rounds of the game contain several questions with a complete, random assortment of topics, the final round of "Lie Swatter" involves seven questions all under the same category umbrella (no matter how niche). Questions in this final category are worth more points than those in previous rounds, so knowing the specifics can go a long way. You can potentially make up for previous rounds with a strong final streak.
9. How many rounds of the game are played in "Fibbage XL"?

Answer: Three

"Fibbage" is played in three rounds, each of which follows the same general idea of answering trivia questions. Your goal is always to get the answer correct, but in lieu of that, your secondary goal is to convince your fellow players that any answer you create is the correct one.

After the question is read, you must submit a 'lie' answer and you get points for anyone who selects it, believing it to be right. As the rounds continue, the point values for these increases.
10. If a player can't think of a good answer in "Fibbage XL", they can always hit which button to let the game make an answer for them?

Answer: Lie For Me

Sometimes making things up on the spot is hard. In "Fibbage XL", if you can't create a convincing lie for any reason, you can have the game create a lie for you, but doing this isn't quite as lucrative a strategy as actually creating the answer. Anyone who selects your answer if it's a 'Lie For Me' answer will only grant you half the points.

Theoretically you can still win via this means, but it will be an uphill battle. Not answering at all is technically a worse strategy.
