Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... the Alpha Disruptor?

Answer: Outpost L51, Sargasso

Believed to be another Lombax secret, the Alpha Disruptor is an immensely powerful weapon created by scientists from the Centre for Advanced Lombax Research. Ratchet finds this weapon on Planet Sargasso, during his hunt for the Dimensionator. At Level 5, it upgrades to the Alpha Cannon.
2. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... the Apogee Space Station?

Answer: Nundac Asteroid Ring

Believing Ratchet and Clank to be intruders, Cronk and Zephyr, Talwyn Apogee's robotic companions, set off the security defence system in the space station in an effort to prevent the heroes from entering. However, upon making their way through the terrarium, they gain Talwyn and company as allies.
3. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... the Court of Azimuth?

Answer: Lombax Ruins, Fastoon

The Court of Azimuth is the setting for the first part of the fight against Emperor Tachyon, thus it can only be accessed during Ratchet and Clank's second visit to Fastoon. General Alister Azimuth, a fellow Lombax and former member of the Praetorian Guard, plays a pivotal role in "Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time", and the Court of Azimuth may be named after him or one of his ancestors.
4. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... the Gyro-Cycle?

Answer: Lava Refinery, Rykan V

After paying the Smuggler on Rykan V, Ratchet acquires the Gyro-Cycle, a device which enables him to traverse particular areas that can only be accessed via a special launch pad. This particular Gyro-Cycle has been modified with a terrathruster, allowing Ratchet to give himself a burst of speed at the push of a button.

The Gyro-Cycle is only used twice in the game - on Rykan V, and at Meridian City on Igliak.
5. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... the IRIS Supercomputer?

Answer: Kreeli Comet

After fighting through a sizable mob of space pirates, Ratchet and Clank reach the IRIS Supercomputer on the Kreeli Comet in the hopes of ascertaining the whereabouts of the Dimensionator. In some trivia found in "Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time", the IRIS Supercomputer contains the second largest number of moving parts in the universe, the first being the Great Clock.
6. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... Iron Crutch Caruso?

Answer: Rakar Star Cluster

Space combat returns in "Tools of Destruction", as Ratchet and Clank pilot Aphelion through star clusters, asteroid belts and even a black hole in their quest to find the Dimensionator. In these space combat sections of the game, they must face the space pirates and shoot down a boss at the end of each zone. Sometimes, Clank takes control of the rear turret to eliminate hostile ships approaching from behind.
7. You would find the Planetary Defence Centre in the Polaris Galaxy.

Answer: False

In the very first level of the game, Ratchet and Clank must fight their way through a visually-stunning Metropolis (which is in the Solana Galaxy) to reach the Planetary Defence Centre and save Captain Qwark from the invading Drophyd army. Grind rail action, meteor pad jumps, collapsing builds and more explosions than Ratchet can poke a wrench at certainly make this a high-intensity introduction to the first "Ratchet & Clank" title for the PlayStation 3.
8. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... Stratus City?

Answer: Cerullean Sector

The Hall of Knowledge, found in Stratus City, holds information about the war between the Lombaxes and the Cragmites. Members of the public were prohibited from entering and discovering this information, but Ratchet and Clank broke in and bypassed the security system, despite it being described as impassable, and learned of the Lombax planet, Fastoon.
9. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... the Trail of Turning Terror?

Answer: Imperial Fight Festival, Mukow

A staple of the series since the second game, arena combat returns. The Imperial Fight Festival pits Ratchet and Clank against some tough foes in order to win bolts and some special prizes. Captain Qwark serves as a commentator and inside-man, giving Ratchet an underwhelming disguise and the alias "Mustachio Furioso" to allow him access to the arena.
10. Where in the Polaris Galaxy would you find ... Zordoom Prison?

Answer: Viceron

Regarded as being one of the worst places in Polaris, Zordoom Prison houses criminals from all over the galaxy. The prison's voice-over reveals some of the current prisoners to be Slim Cognito, Ace Hardlight, and Flint Vorselon (who features in "A Crack in Time"). Ratchet and Clank must break into the prison to rescue Talwyn.
