Which cast member of TV's "Bonanza" was shot in a botched plane hijacking in 1972?

It happened on July 5, 1972 on Pacific Southwest Airlines Flight 710 from Sacramento, CA to Burbank, CA.

The hijackers - two immigrants from Bulgaria - demanded 800,000 dollars and to be taken to the USSR. During a stop in San Francisco FBI agents entered the plane. In a subsequent shooting both highjackers were killed and two passengers injured - one of them was Sen Yung, a Chinese-American actor who played the cook Hop Sing on "Bonanza" (and Jimmy Chan in the Charlie Chan films). He was shot twice in the back but recovered from the injuries.
