2016 had Easter Sunday on 27 March which qualifies (the time change is on the last Sunday of March, meaning any Easter Sunday between 25 and 31 March meets the criteria).

Prior to that, 2013 and 2002 also had March 31 and 2005 also had March 27. The next shortened Easter Sundays will be 2027 and 2032, both on March 28, unless the clock changing rules are revised before then.
