I ask this because I ordered the first 3 books from my book club, hoping to get my youngest son to start reading. Instead, I was the one hooked, and my daughter, as well. I finished the last book in September-I'm 43.

i cant remember the exact age...but i think i was 9 or 10...my little brother used to borrow them from the library for me...how cute! lol... i've loved them and read them a thousand times over since then! im so totally addicted! i own all the current movies also! lol... I was in my 20s when I read the first one (after the first movie came out then I saw all the kids lining up to get the fourth book). I was one of the ones standing in line to get the last three books. Finished reading each one (of the last three) on the first day I got them. (And re-read them by the end of the next day). I read book one for a Children's Lit class in college, so 22. I didn't pick up the 2nd book for another couple of years. When I was three chapters away from finishing the Half Blood Prince, my husband was in line at 12pm to buy the Deathly Hallows. I'm a slow reader. Since then, I have re-read each book 3 times.
