I love all the three.

Chemistry was the only one of the three at which I had success. It just made sense to me, particularly stoichiometry (mathematics of chemistry). Physics I respect, and it has helped shape my perception of the world. I enjoyed electronics in school though I was not as good in other aspects of physics.

I've just finished my second year in uni where I still studied many different biology courses, and chemistry course. I go into Anatomy Honors Program this year, so of course Biology is my favorite :) But I was always better at Chemistry strangely.
I've never explicitly studied Physics (except for an Astronomy module last year) but there is quite a bit of crossover into it, especially in chemistry.

reeshy - sounds like great stuff! Keep us posted on your research and studies.

I like chemistry (only analytical and physical chemistry, not inorganic and organic chemistry) the most, followed by biology (only genetics though, I don't like biodiversity and ecology and all those human systems) and lastly physics (only like radioactivity, don't like optics, electromagnetism).

Robert, thanks :) I saw this a bit late, haha! We have to do a research project in fourth year, so it's a while away :) I also may choose to do an optional work year to get a MSci degree instead of BSc! I'm still weighing up my options though :) Still don't know if a PhD in the future would suit me, but we'll see! :)

I feel like physics is tue most encompassing, and the coolest.

All the sciences are great and we'd be living in huts with no electricity, running water, computers, modern medicine etc etc without our scientists. Biology has to be my favourite though as I'm a nurse. Seeing how an organism reacts to stimuli is wonderful but I would say that. At work we might give a patient a drug which will then affect the chemical balance of their system for better or worse. For example if your patient has a high serum potassium level you can give them bicarbonate of soda which increases the serum pH and moves potassium out of the blood and into the cells. Chemistry at work! Giving drugs to vasoconstrict a person with low blood pressure increases the BP by narrowing the lumen of the vessel and therefore increasing the pressure needed to drive the same amount of blood through. Very basic physics at work. There is some physics involved in things too when you start talking of partial pressures of gases etc. Science. It's all good :-D

Bio and Chem. I like Bio better but somehow did better for Chem. Don't like Physics at all. I couldn't understand some of the principles that were taught.

Wait, doesn't Chemistry fall under Physics? But from the three, I like physics best, then chemistry, and then bio.

Since I have been a Chemist for 40 years, I had better say Chemistry.

Chemistry. I have a degree in it. Biology would be my next fun subject.

I teach chemistry at uni but my research incorporates a lot of biology and some geology too - much of which is based on the principles of physics! Working in multidisciplinary research, you need to be a master of your subject but also have a working knowledge of the others... so, for me, no science is better than any other, it's all great :-)

I really love Biology. I enjoy certain aspects of Physics, such as space, but topics such as electricity I find incredibly hard to grasp. Chemistry is okay, but I don't find it terribly exciting.
