Definitely biology and its diverse fields of microbiology, genetics, pathology and physiology. The interworkings of organisms to their environment both internal and external is fascinating. Reply #61. May 31 15, 10:27 AM |

I also like biology best. But then I like chemistry, because that's what life is all about. Reply #63. Jul 10 15, 11:50 PM |

I too like all three but for me, chemistry is the best. I even do practical stuff though I lack materials. Reply #64. Jul 12 15, 5:35 AM |

Biology is my favourite. It's all about us, our animals, and life. What could be more interesting? Chemistry I found less interesting because it seemed to be mostly about remembering a lot of symbols and formulas. Physics was the hardest for me. I gave up all sciences at the age of 14 except for Human Biology. Reply #67. Jan 09 18, 2:10 AM |

P.S. I should explain. I was obliged to make a choice of subjects then in school. There were 3 options. 1) 4 languages (french, latin, german, english), english literature, history, maths and human biology, or 2) a balanced mix of arts/humanities and sciences or 3) Mostly sciences with a few arts/humanities. I chose option 1) Reply #68. Jan 09 18, 2:19 AM |

I liked biology in school, but chemistry was difficult for me. Flash forward 30 some odd years - I got intrigued with making my own aromatherapy products at home. Researched and read about the topic, and dove right in. Voila! Better living through home chemistry! I now love chemistry. Reply #70. Mar 11 18, 4:32 AM |

Since I have my PhD in laboratory science and am a chemistry supervisor of a medical center laboratory I guess I'd better say chemistry. But I do love biology. I took Human Anatomy and Physiology I through IV. Physics was ok; I can take it or leave it. Seeing how I am in what is called a STEM career, I try to get high school students interested in science careers. So far so good. P. S. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics. keystonegirl Reply #71. Jan 23 23, 6:36 AM |
