Are you ready to go on a little bit of an adventure?
Well here at Globetrot Trivia, we’re all going to take a bit of a trivial tour around the planet, stopping off at a number of points of interest and learning a bit more along the way!
For this challenge, a destination will be posted here. Sometimes that destination will be very specific and sometimes it will be very vague, but either way, we’ll need to have two quizzes queued up before we move on to the next location.
Let’s take a hypothetical here. Let’s say our current location is ‘The Great Pyramids of Egypt’. This means we need to queue two quizzes— anyone can submit them— before we continue on. The quizzes can be about they pyramids…or pyramids in general…or Egyptian landmarks…or the 7 Wonders…or mummies…or camels. As long as you can justifiably link the quiz to the locations, it’s good!
Once we make our trip around the world, we’ll return to our starting location.
All you need to do is post when your quiz is submitted, and when there’s two we’ll move along. :)

Hop on a train! It's time to take a ride to the 'Pink City of India'-- Jaipur. Here, we can visit the Palace of the Winds or the Amer Fort or, if we're hungry, sit down for a nice meal of vegetarian Rajasthani cuisine. Or maybe this is a trip to watch a cricket game at Sawai Mansingh Stadium. No matter which way you choose, a trip to this city should be inspiring and vibrant, as should your quiz. Reply #101. I will be Scanning the Skies in Jaipur, but probably not for a couple of days, as I am back to work with a full complement of teachers who have been preparing to bombard me with questions as they return from the summer break, and lots to get done before the students return on Wednesday - even the evenings will be less productive when I get home after a day of constant interruptions. Jaipur has inspired a quiz on artists who have contributed to the street art in my hometown. It's moving slower than anticipated. Some of the artists are a little obscure so the research is a touch difficult and the moulding of questions so that everyone has a shot at answering them isn't that easy either. The globe keeps spinning, and we're off to Southeast Asia and the nation of Thailand! Sure, you could narrow the focus to the capital city of Bangkok, but there's so much to see from the nation's vibrant cuisine to the southern temples, beaches, and limestone cliffs to the mountainous northern reaches.
