I joined the Globetrotter late. I have an idea about France. If I write it, will it still be considered as part of this challenge? Reply #142. Feb 10 18, 10:40 AM |

I just came to post about The Great Wall of China being online, but I've been beaten to it. Thanks to Spanishliz for some extremely speedy editing. :-) Reply #143. Feb 10 18, 10:57 AM |

Re: "I joined the Globetrotter late. I have an idea about France. If I write it, will it still be considered as part of this challenge?" Yup! Even if we hit the final destination and finish it off, I'm happy to leave this open so that people can finish their submissions (or the whole tour if they wish) to a reasonable end. :) Reply #144. As that queues, it unlocks our penultimate destination: the U.S. state of Alaska! The coldest, most northern state, Alaska is a unique spot all on its own filled with natural beauty, interesting stories, and industrious spirit. Reply #153. Feb 12 18, 7:47 PM |

Not going as specific as Flushing Meadows Park? (I finally twigged where the course came from when we hit Alaska, and ancient memories resurfaced.) Reply #159. Feb 15 18, 12:32 AM |

Nope! I figured we could end it a bit more open than that. But then again, you could always take the New York open theme and narrow the scope to that particular park. We will likely finish this route in the coming days, and people should feel free to continue submitting to complete their submissions or make all the stops on their grand tour (I know I will!). If you figured out the gimmick behind this route, you'll probably figure out the next, though I may mix things up a bit. ;) We will begin another trip around the world in March, likely around the time we launch our next Commission.
