Puffer fish! That's a cute one, sounds like a light fun book. In my younger days, I was successful at reading in bed, but now - I'm lucky to get more than a couple of pages in. Although I do often wake up in the middle of the night and read for half an hour or so. He stepped toward me, and for a moment I thought he might comment on my work--or Aenti Nell's to be exact--but he didn't. --- Adoring Addie by Leslie Gould Reply #122. Jun 30 20, 8:07 AM |

Well, maybe Big Sky isn't so humorous after all. Just checked to my library to see if they had it (wonderful doing it online!) and see it is part of a mystery series. May try the first one. Reply #123. Jun 30 20, 8:10 AM |

I have read all the James Brodie series. This one Big Sky seems to have been written a long time after the last one she wrote. The first novel I read of hers was Behind the Scenes at the Museum and was not a Brodie novel. I am just about to read The Librarian by Sally Vickers, Her most Popular novel is Miss Garnett's Angel. I used to read at least 3 novels a month but after I got my tablet and started playing fun trivia on it my reading dropped to virtually one or two books in a year. This lock down has made me pick up on reading again and I am enjoying it. Reply #126. Jul 05 20, 3:57 PM |
