2 Superman's red cape isn't only a stylish and memorable accessory; it's part of his history. Who originally made his cape?
Answer: Martha Kent

Originally part of the costume designed by Martha Kent, the red cape has become part of the Superman image though it was originally done for sensible and practical reasons that were more to do with the creation of the original comic than anything in the story itself. To reinforce the idea that Superman could fly, the cape was used to give an appearance of motion; simple as that. The fluttering cape was better able to convey the idea of flight instead of, say, leaping or falling in each panel. The cape was also originally meant to hide his Clark Kent clothing, but that never really ended up being a major feature.

4 In Disney Studios' "Ducktales" who is the criminal gang with the alliterative name that is continually trying to rob Scrooge McDuck of his fortune?
Answer: Beagle Boys

The Beagle Boys first appeared in "Walt Disney Comics & Stories" #134 (November, 1951), "Terror of The Beagle Boys". Despite having top billing, by virtue of being included in the title, they didn't appear until the final frame, nor did they have any lines, but it is implied that the Boys had been around for some time.
The Beagles first encounter Scrooge McDuck in 1880 on a Mississippi Riverboat. At the time the gang consisted of Blackheart Beagle, the grandfather of the current gang of boys, and his three sons. The boys have all been to prison and their convict numbers are variations of the digits 176. The only exception to this is Blackheart whose number was 186-802. In the "Ducktales" series there are seven main Beagles; Bigtime, Burger, Bouncer, Baggy, Bankjob, Bebop and Babyface. (Alliteration gone mad - they all start with 'B'). There are quite a few other Beagles who make cameo appearances in the series and the majority of these also have names that start with the letter 'B'.

15 Which person listed here was never known as Union Jack?
Answer: Brian Braddock

Brian Braddock is the older twin brother of Elizabeth (later, Psylocke) and younger sibling to elder brother, Jaime. Unknown to his children, their father was actually a native to the other-dimensional Otherworld and agent of its ruler, Merlin. Their father created an elaborate organic computer beneath their mansion, calling it Mastermind, to monitor their children in hopes that one of them would become this dimension's version of the hero Captain Britain. Montgomery Falsworth grew up to become a British nobleman. After situations still not fully revealed, Falsworth became a government operative (okay, "spy") during the first World War. His superiors decided to create a guise that would strike terror in enemy hearts as well as rally troops-- by having Falsworth appear as a personification of the British national flag. Brian Falsworth shared a cell with a German scientist who tried to recreate the super-soldier formula that created the hero Captain America, but would not let his experiment fall into Nazi hands. Instead, he gave the only sample to Falsworth, who drank the solution and became physically enhanced. Joseph Chapman was born of a more lower class parentage in London. Chapman, an art student, became involved with the original Union Jack's plan to team up with Captain America to defeat the vampire Baron Blood. With Falsworth's sudden death, it was up to Chapman to pose as Union Jack.

22 Wade Winston Wilson appeared as a villain in the 2009 movie "X-Men Origins: Wolverine". As an amalgamation of powers garnered from other mutants by what name is he better known?
Answer: Deadpool

Deadpool's first appearance is in Marvel Comics "The New Mutants" edition 98, which was published in February, 1991. He immediately drew comparisons with Deathstroke from DC Comics' "Teen Titans".
In the comic version Wade Wilson is a young man dying of cancer who is recruited into a programme called "Weapon X" which may offer him a way of defeating his cancer. The programme gives his body the ability to regenerate tissue and organs that have been damaged or destroyed, at an accelerated rate. It also endows him with super agility, heightens his endurance and significantly lengthens his lifespan. Being an expert with the sword and a range of martial arts he now becomes the ultimate assassin.
Deadpool has a range of other attributes and there have also been a number of different versions of him, too many to be detailed here.
In another case of alliteration gone mad Wade Winston Wilson is portrayed in the X-Men Origins movie by Ryan Rodney Reynolds. There was also a "Wolverine and the X-Men" television series planned where Deadpool would have been voiced by Nolan North but the series did not proceed.

Further information on Deadpool can be gleaned from Marvel.com.
