Answer: Gondoliering
The planet is now called Aqua, as befits its watery landscape, and the city is named for Venice, city of canals. All the gondoliers' names begin with "A": Alicia, Akira, Athena, and the protagonist Akari. Gondoliers are called Undines, which is fitting, as an undine is a mythical water spirit.
Iyashikei tend to contain very low-key conflict in order to de-stress the audience; this show's plotlines include a gondola race, an attempt to deliver a letter, and a search for the company's runaway president, a cat.

Answer: Princess Serenity
Usagi is not only Sailor Moon, she's the reincarnation of Serenity, the Princess of the Moon, and the Sailor Senshi are the reincarnations of her guardians. Mamoru Chiba, aka Tuxedo Mask, was Endymion, the Prince of the Earth and he and Serenity fell in love despite being on opposite sides. When the Moon Kingdom and the Earth went to war, both of them were killed in action (in the original anime), or Endymion was killed by Queen Beryl and Serenity impaled herself on a sword in her grief (in the manga). The first arc of 'Sailor Moon' involves the Dark Kingdom looking for the Moon Princess, the holder of the powerful Silver Crystal, with Sailor Venus trying to throw them off the scent. Usagi only finds out who she is when Mamoru is injured and she cries over him, and the Silver Crystal appears.

Claymores (named for the swords they wield) are human women with the flesh of monsters called youma implanted inside them, which turns their hair blonde and their eyes silver, and they are tasked with fighting youma on behalf of the mysterious Organisation. They are ranked from 1 to 47, with 1 being the highest rank and 47 - Claire's rank - being the lowest. In Claire's backstory, Priscilla starts as the new number 2, and is intent on capturing the rogue number 1, Teresa, who is also Claire's mentor and a mother figure to her. Priscilla is so powerful that Teresa has to tap into her youkai - a kind of demonic energy - in order to fight her. When Teresa lets her guard down, Priscilla cuts off her hands and head, and turns into a giant purple monster with a craving for guts, though she can also disguise herself as an ordinary human girl. Claire becomes a Claymore after having Teresa's head implanted in her body and swears revenge on Priscilla, and spends much of the story tracking her down.

Answer: Mami Tomoe
Mami Tomoe is slightly older than Madoka and her friend Sayaka, and rescues them from a Witch in the first episode. She seems to have it all - she's experienced, calm and collected, a talented fighter and even has her own theme tune - but is deeply lonely and unhappy as her parents were killed in a car crash. She initially acts as a mentor to Madoka and Sayaka, who aspires to be like her. She restrains Homura Akemi with her ribbons while fighting the Witch Charlotte, but fights more recklessly than usual and ends up getting her head bitten off, before Charlotte eats her body in front of a horrified Madoka and Sayaka. Homura, now freed, kills Charlotte and retrieves a Grief Seed, and warns Madoka and Sayaka that this is the reality of being a Magical Girl. In a past timeline, Mami went mad with despair after Sayaka turned into a Witch, killed Kyouko Sakura - her former partner - and tried to kill Homura, and Madoka had to shoot her Soul Gem to stop her.

Answer: Mushishi
Ginko, a Mushi Master, travels a land resembling Meiji Japan. Various creatures, which are are neither living nor dead, good nor evil, are called Mushi. Most people can't see them. Nevertheless, Mushi often have adverse effects on humans, like causing deafness, making one's dreams come true, stealing memories, or throwing a person's life into an infinitely-repeating loop. Ginko would rather not kill the creatures and instead tries to find ways to make the Mushi leave a person alone. A straight translation of the title is "Bugmaster". The show, based on a manga series, is also rendered "Mushi-Shi".
From Quiz: More Anime Summaries in Four Words
Answer: Panther Claw
Panther Claw consist of two sisters, Panther Zora and Sister Jill. Honey Kisaragi is actually an android; her 'father' is her creator, and planted a magical device within her body which enables her to transform. Over the series, Panther Claw plot to steal this device to use for their own ends. Many of their android underlings in the 1973 anime have the words 'claw' or 'panther' in their names (such as Tarantula Panther, Dynamite Claw or Blade Panther).
Over the years, there have been several different versions of 'Cutey Honey': manga, live-action, drama CDs and OVAs. The anime debuted in 1973. Although there are differences between the versions, Honey generally has red or pink hair, and can transform into different forms, such as a rock star named Misty Honey, a model named Fancy Honey, and the sword-wielding warrior Cutey Honey.
As for the other answers, anime fans might recognise them: Akatsuki appear in 'Naruto', Raven Tail are from 'Fairy Tail', and Super High School Level Despair are from the video game-turned-anime 'Dangan Ronpa'.

Answer: A man stalking campers
As iyashikei, the series aims to induce a calming effect. A plotline involving a stalker or serial killer would be a great betrayal of the genre. Middle school girls form a camping club and spend their time researching supplies, earning money to buy supplies, learning camping safety, and, of course, camping, whether alone or in groups. Other tense, nail-biting issues include choosing what type of tent to buy, finding alternate campsites when learning that certain sites are closed in winter, making a new meal after ruining rice, and finding an alternate driver when the adult chaperone forgets and drinks beer. It also shows the importance of friendship while not discounting the validity of introversion, as Shimarin, an introvert, learns to enjoy group camping, yet needs to be alone sometimes.
