A pug is easily recognizable by its curled tail and wrinkly muzzled face. The pug's origin is China and they were brought to Europe in the sixteenth century. This sociable breed was popular with English royalty and Queen Victoria passed pugs down to members of the royal family.
4. Black and tan coonhound

5. Alaskan Malamute

Answer: USA

No trick question here, as the Alaskan Malamute was developed in the northernmost state in the USA in the Norton Sound region. The American Kennel Club recognized the breed as coming from Alaska.
