Answer: Esther

It might come as a surprise to many, but the Book of Esther does not contain any reference to God. It's the only book in the entire Bible with such a distinction.

The Book of Esther tells of a Jewish orphan ascending to become queen of Persia and playing a key role in preventing Haman from carrying out a diabolical scheme to kill all the Jews in the land that stretched from India in the east to Ethiopia in the west.

To be fair, The Song of Solomon is sometimes cited for not mentioning God directly, though there are some translations that do contain references.

Using then NKJV, the name Jesus is found more times in the Gospel of John than the three other Gospels -- Matthew, Mark and Luke.
