Answer: Rutgers University

Rutgers is the State University of New Jersey. Although there is a campus close to Philadelphia in Camden, the main campus is located in North Jersey.
2. Which Big 5 school is not located in Philadelphia?

Answer: Villanova University

St. Joseph's is actually located between Philadelphia and Montgomery counties. No part of Villanova is located in Philly.
