Anya lost her powers after Giles smashed her amulet in "The Wish". She is now human and stuck in Sunnydale.

Lily was going by the name Chantarelle when she appeared in season two's "Lie To Me". In the episode "Anne" she needs Buffy's help as her boyfriend has disappeared. Lily also appears in a few episodes of "Angel" going by the name of Anne, which she borrowed from Buffy.
